In the best of times, and the worst of times, we get stressed, we get anxious, we get worried. Most of the time it’s not even worth troubling over, but yet we still put a strain on our heart that weighs down with unnecessary stressing. In that feeling of anxiousness, I always turn to God for help.
In James 1:2-3 it says: Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.
Whatever problems you are facing right now, is a test of your faith and in turn makes you stronger. Seeking out God for help in any situation is the rightful approach. When you ask God for help, you’re not only becoming closer to Him, you’re opening up to Him to help you, and it makes such a difference. God won’t put anything in your life that you cannot handle. But in tough times, He is here to help!
In John 14:27 it says: Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Again, the Lord will not give you life stresses, the world gives us those life stresses. There is ultimately no reason to be worried or troubled. He knows what he’s doing, and by reminding yourself of your faith in Him, it reassures us that we can overcome anything in the name of the Lord.

Grab your trusty computer and blog away my friends. I shouldn’t really promote spending copious amounts of time on the internet, but sometimes I need to catch up on all my social media, write about my life, or look at cute pictures of animals on Tumblr.
